First thing this academy is about being hardcore that means ripping threw other teams not saying u cant be ripping threw each other but remember we on the same team in all. What I'm saying is that we need to invade other teams badly. I want us to become the most feared but respected team there is but that's not going to happen by us sitting back..
Secondly this team is about heart because if we do not have heart then we will not get no where.
Thirdly I will be doing things differently such as, we will not be getting tested every month instead we will have a tourney every month and if you in a low level in the tourney it do not mean you is less then anybody it just tells me if you need to work on anything and I will help you also teach you some strategies or you can post questions on the form and I will get back to you. Hope you have fun on the team.
